A wonderful bold substantial designer jewelry piece is this amethyst sterling silver necklace by studio artist S. Amit. The necklace has a large natural amethyst in the center set in handmade Sterling Silver bezel with artistically fashioned prongwork. The pendant portion is about 2 5/8 x 2 inches. The chain is also handmade sterling silver with 10mm amethyst beads. The entire necklace is about 26 inches in length and has a wonderful feel and weight. Marked 925 for sterling and artist signed.
