The center of this beauty holds a gorgeous antique faceted Mine Cut Verneuil Ruby gemstones measuring about 6mm in diameter. The stone is cut in antique faceting (I believe them to be mine cut) that catches the light beautifully when worn. These antique facets were originally designed to catch dim candlelight, thus having a beautiful look in today’s bright world. The color is gorgeous having a richness and hue toward the rose end of the spectrum. The setting is Original late Victorian style - Art Deco Period and is composed of solid 10K Yellow Gold and dates circa 1900 - 20‘s Period. The detailing of the setting is most exquisite with its filigree detailing and beautiful original patina. Overall this ring measures about just under 3/8 inch long by about 3/4 inch wide and is in beautiful estate condition. There is a tiny nick to the top facet that I noticed under magnification, mentioned only for accuracy as I always do. Ring Size: about 5 3/4 (could be resized by your local jeweler or ask me about possibly using mine). A gorgeous ring for everyday or a very special wedding ring idea.
