A rarely seen pair of Georgian Period Antique Earrings done in Silver Cannetille, a process where very fine wire is fashined into filigree and rosettes to form the most intricate hand-made patterns. These are so lovely with the bow designs and incredible dangle drops that are adorned on both front and backs. Fine workmanship that is truly a lost art. They have post backings for pierced ears and measure about 1 1/2 inches long by about 7/16 inch wide and are in beautiful estate condition. I have left the original patina on them which is so lovely, soft, and dark. Circa 1800.
