This gorgeous and rare Antique Diamond Ring dates to the early 19th Century (1800's) Georgian - Regency to early Victorian Period. This is one of the most romantic Mine Cut Diamond Wedding Rings that I have had the pleasure of offering. The center stone is high quality (approximately G in color VS1) and is about 4mm in diameter or about .25 carat in diamond weight (+/-). The stone is an original rare mine cut, with deep facets that catch the light unlike any modern day stone. These stones were faceted to catch candle light, thus having gorgeous romantic sparkle in the modern world. The diamond is Tiffany Set (not made by Tiffany and Co. of New York, nor is it implied in this listing)in an antique setting of solid 14K Gold with beautiful bits of chased hand detailing. Overall the ring measures about 3/16 inch long by about 11/16 inch wide and is in beautiful estate condition. Ring Size: about 6 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using my experienced jeweler before shipping). This is truly a rare find and a beautiful fine antique.
