A Stunning Australian Opal Ring, Vintage 14K Yellow Gold with Diamonds from the Fine Estate Jewelry Collection. The center of this fine estate ring holds a gorgeous genuine Australian Opal gemstone with lots of color and life. My jeweler was explaining to me that in order to get much of the fire red-orange colors that this stone has, it has to be cut with the right proportions thus making for a more expensive stone. In addition to the red hues, this stone has touches of blues and greens when it turns in the light. The opal measures about 7 x 9 mm oval. The sides of the ring are adorned with genuine white diamonds, Six (6) in all, for additional sparkle and life. The setting is solid 14K yellow Gold (marked on the inside) and is beautifully made with a nice sturdy shank for years of enjoyment. Overall this ring measures about 3/8 inch long by about 13/16 inch wide and is in beautiful estate condition.
