A Wonderful Antique Australian Opal Brooch in 14K Gold Filled by Fine Jeweler, Krementz, Vintage Art Deco circa 1930. The brooch contained Four (4) Genuine AUSTRALIAN OPAL gemstones...all single cut stones not doublets or triplets. They display a beautiful array of color in the light. Each Opal measures approximately 4x6mm oval and are all free from chips and cracks. They are all set in a beautifully designed ART DECO Floral motif setting composed of beautiful antique Gold filled. Krementz made finely crafted pieces from both gold and gold filled. They layered their gold in a special process using more gold content than other jewelers of the day. The brooch measures approximately 2 inches long by about 1 1/8 inches wide and is in beautiful condition. A beautiful vintage piece.
