Antique Sapphire Diamond Earrings 14K Gold Retro Deco Period

A Stunning Pair of Antique Sapphire Diamond Earrings in 14K Gold, Vintage Mid Century Retro Deco. These earrings hold a beautiful array of genuine Blue Sapphires and Diamonds in 14K Yellow Gold. The settings are wonderful, classic, and imaginative with the lovely spray design at the top and four twisted dangles at the bottom. There are 9 Sapphires and three Diamonds in each earring. The settings are composed of solid 14K Yellow Gold and the post and clip back are sterling silver. These were custom made pieces, obviously by a skilled artisan and are estimated to date around mid-century Retro Deco period, circa 1950's. Each earring measures about 1 1/2 inches long from top to bottom by about 5/8 inch wide and are in beautiful estate condition. It was difficult to capture the true features of these earrings in the photos and I believe they show much better in person. A true one of a kind estate find.
