Pair of Wonderful Antique Ruby Earrings in 14K Yellow Gold Filigree Settings - Vintage Art Deco, c.1950 . The center each earring holds a gorgeous oval faceted Verneuil Ruby gemstones measuring about 7 x 9 mm oval. They have gorgeous color with nice deep rich red hues. The stones are set in beautiful solid 14K yellow Gold filigree setting with an Antique Edwardian - Art Deco style, giving them a wonderful romantic look. The filigreed openwork has cut details that catch the light when worn. Overall these earrings measure about just over 1 1/2 inches long by about 9/16 inch wide and are in beautiful estate condition. These earrings were acquired through a lovely estate collection and are estimated to date circa 1950 to 1960's, however they did not come with any guaranteed date information.
