Vintage Signed Demario Pink Necklace Haskell Designer

A Fabulous Piece of Vintage Signed Demario, N.Y., Costume Jewelry Pink Art Glass Necklace with Rhinestones and Rose Montes upon Filigree. There is some evidence that Demario was a designer for Miriam Haskell and one can definitely see the similarities in the hand wired workmanship. This fabulous example has pink art glass beads, quite possibly French, lots of rose monte rhinestones for glimmering sparkle when worn and deeper pink rhinestones. DeMario only worked from about 1945 to 1960, so pieces are even more scarce than similar pieces by designers such as Miriam Haskell. Overall the centerpiece is about 1 3/8 inches long with dangles by about 3 1/2 inches from side to side. It can be extended from about 16 to 18 inches with the extender. Fully signed DeMario, n.y. on the back of the centerpiece. This is one of the best DeMario pieces that I have offered in my vintage jewelry collection. Vintage circa 1950.
